Nick will evaluate the potential of any site, large or small for a prospective building project. As well as providing a plan for optimising the site, he will look at planning guidelines, historical and contextual implications and ultimately produce a building envelope or ‘massing model’. This will assist a prospective developer or client who either owns or intends to purchase a development site. Nick can also produce feasibility design packages which can be used for marketing or costing analysis by a quantity surveyor, builder or owner/developer.
